In addition, Texas is home to the Dallas Mavericks, Dallas Cowboys, Dallas Stars, Houston Rockets, Houston Astros, Houston Comets, San Antonio Spurs and the Texas Rangers.

Money Magazine’s third best Small City is Texas’ own Sugar Land and Austin was named the second best city to live in. (Austin is also considered to be the live music capital of the world.) Texas ties with Nebraska as having the third Lowest Cost of Living and has the eighth lowest taxes nationally.
