Make a Difference Every Day:
In this role, you'll play a vital role in supporting students with communication challenges. You'll assess their needs, create personalized therapy plans, and guide them on their journey towards effective communication.
What You'll Do:
- Conduct evaluations to identify speech and language delays or disorders.
- Develop individualized treatment plans aligned with IEPs and California State Standards.
- Deliver engaging therapy sessions in individual and small group settings.
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other specialists to ensure a cohesive learning experience for all students.
- Track progress, document interventions, and celebrate successes.
- Stay current on best practices in the field of SLP.
Who We're Looking For:
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) or a related field.
- Active California Clinical License in Speech-Language Pathology (CF-SLP or CCC-SLP).
- Strong foundation in speech-language development, disorders, and assessment methods.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for working with children and a commitment to inclusive education.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Enjoys a fast-paced environment and thrives on making a positive impact.
