Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for working with clients of all ages and a strong commitment to evidence-based practice.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech-language pathology services to clients across California, either virtually or onsite
- Evaluate and diagnose speech-language disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs and goals
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions utilizing engaging and effective strategies
- Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure a collaborative and holistic approach to client success
- Monitor progress, adjust therapy plans as needed, and maintain accurate records of client performance
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Must reside in PA
- Current SLP license or eligible for licensure
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a school or clinical setting
- Proficient in conducting virtual therapy sessions and assessments (for virtual position)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster effective collaboration with team members and families
- Adaptability and flexibility to work in both virtual and onsite environments
