Virtual School Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)- Remote Position for 23/24 School Year

Summary: Seeking a Virtual School Speech-Language Pathologist to provide teletherapy services in Washington. You'll diagnose and treat speech and language disorders remotely, collaborating closely with school staff and families to support student progress and success in Washington distinctive educational setting.
Responsibilities:

- Conduct virtual assessments to evaluate students' speech, language, and communication skills.
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on assessment results and student needs.
- Deliver teletherapy sessions using Washington-specific digital platforms and tools.
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and parents to integrate therapy goals into the virtual classroom and home environment.
- Monitor and document student progress through regular reports and updates.
- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings to contribute to goal setting and progress monitoring.
- Stay up-to-date on best practices and research in speech-language pathology.
- Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions, assessments, and communications.
Requirements:

- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- CCC-SLP certification from ASHA.
- State licensure in Washington or eligibility.
- Previous experience working as a speech-language pathologist in a school setting preferred.
- Proficiency in using teletherapy platforms and technology for service delivery.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for virtual work.
