Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team for a virtual position serving K-12 students in New York (NY). This contract position offers competitive pay starting at $45 per hour, with guaranteed hours for the remainder of the school year.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to evaluate students' speech and language abilities.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Provide virtual therapy sessions to students.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student progress and treatment plans.
- Participate in virtual IEP meetings and team conferences.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders.
- Active state licensure in New York (NY).
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP), preferred.
- Experience working with K-12 students, preferred.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills in a virtual setting.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in virtual therapy platforms.
