School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist Needed for ASAP
ProCare Therapy has partnered with a great school district in the Papillion, NE, area that is looking to hire a remote Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a current school year opening. Previous experience working in schools is required for this work-from-home job. The school district is actively looking to fill this role, so please apply today for immediate consideration!
Responsibilities:
- Provide remote evaluations, assessments, and diagnosis of speech, voice, hearing, and language impairments.
- Provide appropriate individualized programs of intervention to meet individual student’s needs in the areas of communication, language development, articulation, and social communication virtually.
- Collaborate remotely with teachers and other school staff to implement interventions.
Experience:
- Two years of previous experience in a school-based setting is required.
Certification:
- Nebraska Speech Language Pathologist License
- SLPs in Nebraska can hold either a license with DHHS or a teaching certificate with NDE
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
Job Details:
- Remainder of the 2023-2024 School Year
- Must have SRS experience
- 4 IEP Meetings left
- This open role is an independent contractor position
- Liability insurance is required from the independent contractor
Work Hours:
- Open to anyone willing to work 20+ hours
