Position Overview:
• Job Title: Speech Language Pathologist
• Employment Type: Full-time or Part-time
• Location: Florida (Remote)
Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough assessments to pinpoint communication and swallowing disorders.
• Develop tailored treatment plans guided by assessment outcomes, student objectives, and evidence-based methodologies.
• Administer therapeutic interventions encompassing speech and language therapy, voice therapy, fluency therapy, and swallowing therapy.
• Employ diverse techniques and modalities to enhance communication abilities, refine speech articulation, and foster language comprehension and expression.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and fellow professionals to offer support and guidance to students facing communication challenges.
• Regularly track and document progress, adapt treatment plans as necessary, and continually assess outcomes.
Qualifications:
• Hold a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
• Possess an active state licensure or be eligible for licensure as an SLP.
• Preferred possession of Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP).
• Prior experience working with diverse populations and age ranges is highly valued.
• Thorough familiarity with assessment tools, therapeutic methods, and evidence-based practices in speech-language pathology.
