Virtual Bilingual School Based SLP - California
San Jose, CA
We are currently seeking motivated and qualified Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to join our team as virtual providers in California. This position offers flexible options for both full-time and part-time openings, accommodating students from Kindergarten to 12th grade. Opportunities are available for the current school year, extended school year, and into the next school year. This role will be under a 1099 contract.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct virtual assessments and evaluations to identify students' speech and language needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address communication disorders, including articulation, language, fluency, and social communication.
- Provide direct therapy services to students virtually, utilizing telepractice platforms.
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and parents to integrate speech and language goals into students' educational plans.
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting intervention plans as needed.
- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and collaborate with the multidisciplinary team.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- State licensure or eligibility for licensure in Speech-Language Pathology in California.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Previous experience working with children or adolescents in a school or clinical setting is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially in a virtual environment.

- Kindergarten to 12th grade.
