Remote Opportunities for Speech-Language Pathologists | 2024-2025
A fantastic school district in Virginia has teamed with VocoVision to fill a full-time, 2024-2025, position for a remote Speech Language Pathologist (SLP). This work from home position requires prior experience working in a school. For prompt consideration, please apply today as the school system is actively seeking a replacement for this position!
Duties:
- Provide remote evaluations, assessments, and diagnosis of speech, voice, hearing, and language impairments.
- Provide appropriate individualized programs of intervention to meet individual student’s needs in the areas of communication, language development, articulation, and social communication virtually.
- Collaborate remotely with teachers and other school staff to implement interventions.
Experience:
- Two years of previous experience in a school-based setting is required.
Certification:
- Virginia Speech Language Pathologist License
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
Details:
- Full-time, 2024-2025 School Year
- This open role is an independent contractor position
- Liability insurance is required from the independent contractor
Hours:
- 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM, 37 hours per week
