Vermont - Virtual SLP Job

roCare Therapy is seeking a Virtual Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide exceptional speech therapy services to K-12 students in Burlington, VT, through teletherapy. This is a remote position that allows you to work from home, providing flexibility and convenience.
Job Type: Independent Contractor, 1099 Contract
Location: Remote, Burlington, Vermont
Duration: Full School Year, 2024-25
Hours: Full-Time, 37.5 hours per week
Responsibilities:
- Conduct virtual assessments and evaluations to determine students' speech and language needs
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students
- Provide virtual speech therapy sessions using evidence-based practices
- Collaborate with school staff and parents to support student progress
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions and student progress
Requirements:
- Active Speech Language Pathologist license in Vermont
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in school settings
- 1 year of tele-SLP experience
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
