Soliant is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) for a contract position in Attleboro, MA. Responsibilities:
- Assist licensed Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) in implementing therapeutic interventions and strategies to support student communication goals.
- Provide direct therapy services to students under the supervision of an SLP.
- Collaborate with educators and other professionals to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with communication disorders.
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Sciences and Disorders, or related field.
- Valid SLPA license or certification in Massachusetts.
- Previous experience working in a school setting preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
State-Specific Requirements:
- Massachusetts SLPA license or certification.
- Compliance with all state regulations and guidelines for SLPA practice.
