Urgent Need! FMLA Coverage Needed for School-based SLP
Cape May Court, NJ
ProCare Therapy is currently seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for FMLA coverage in Cape May Court House, NJ. This position is for grades 3-5 and requires coverage from 9 am to 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday. The contract will start ASAP and continue through June 7th for the current school year. Additionally, there will be coverage needed for the Fall 2024 semester, from September 9th through December 20th (specific days off to be determined).
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language services to students in grades 3-5
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and implement therapy sessions
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student success
- Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and services provided
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
- New Jersey SLP license or eligibility for licensure
- ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Experience working with school-aged children preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with a diverse caseload
