Job Description: We're searching for dynamic Virtual Speech-Language Pathologists to join our network and embark on a journey of impact and innovation. As a remote SLP, you'll have the opportunity to leverage your skills and expertise to provide personalized therapy sessions to students in Virginia. From conducting assessments to designing tailored treatment plans and delivering engaging therapy sessions, you'll play a pivotal role in helping students overcome communication challenges and thrive academically and socially.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments via our state-of-the-art teletherapy platform
- Develop individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs and goals of each student
- Deliver interactive and engaging therapy sessions using evidence-based practices and therapeutic techniques
- Collaborate closely with parents, teachers, and other members of the student's support team
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress and session notes
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Active SLP license in the state of Virginia
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- 2 years experience working with school-aged children
- Excellent communication skills and ability to connect with students in a virtual setting
- Reliable internet connection and access to necessary technology for teletherapy
