Full-Time Physical Therapy Specialist
Location: Fredericksburg, VA
Duration: Academic Year 2024-2025
Position Type: Full-Time (37.5 hours per week)
Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive physical therapy services to students from PreK to 8th grade.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to meet individual student needs and IEP objectives.
- Collaborate closely with educators, parents, and other stakeholders to ensure students' academic and developmental progress.
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students' eligibility for services and track their progress over time.
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of therapy sessions, progress reports, and necessary paperwork.
Additional Information:
- Onsite work is required.
- Candidates must hold a valid Virginia state license as a Physical Therapist.
Requirements:
- Licensed Physical Therapist in Virginia.
- Preferred experience working with pediatric populations.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Availability for full-time work throughout the academic year.
Schedule:
- Full-Time (37.5 hours per week)
- Aligned with the school district's academic calendar.
