Position Overview
Soliant is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) for an onsite role in Pasco, WA. This position will start ASAP and run for the full school year. The SLPA will work 35 hours per week providing direct therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist.
Key Responsibilities

Provide speech and language therapy to students as directed by supervising SLP

Implement treatment plans and track student progress

Assist with screenings and documentation

Collaborate with staff, parents, and SLP supervisor to support student success
Qualifications

Active Washington SLPA license or eligibility

Previous school-based experience preferred but not required
-
Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
Compensation
Compensation for this position ranges from $45 to $50 per hour. We pay for direct and indirect services. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
