Supervision: Working with 2 Voco (remote) SLPs
Candidate Note: Prior onsite school experience required. No new graduates at this time.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced SLPA to support elementary students in Madera, CA for the 2025–2026 school year. This is a full-time, in-person position at a single site, collaborating closely with two virtual SLPs. The ideal candidate will be confident working independently in a school setting.
Key Responsibilities:

Implement speech-language therapy plans developed by supervising SLPs

Deliver direct services to students individually or in small groups

Maintain session documentation and progress notes

Collaborate with school staff and virtual SLPs to support student success

Follow all professional guidelines and supervision protocols
Qualifications:

Active California SLPA license required

Prior onsite school experience is required

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Ability to follow direction and adapt to virtual supervision
Compensation for this position ranges from $35 to $45 per hour. We pay for direct and indirect services. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
