School-Based SLPA Job Opening
Are you ready to make a lasting impact on student communication skills? We’re seeking enthusiastic Speech Language Pathologist Assistants (SLPAs) to serve students in the Pasco, WA for the entire 2025-2026 school year. Both full-time and part-time positions are available to fit your lifestyle and experience.
Work Locations: Elementary, Middle, High Schools, and K–12 campuses within Pasco 99323
Employment Type: Full-Time Preferred, Part-Time Considered, On-Site Only
Your Role:

Conduct speech and language screenings and assist with formal assessments
-
Support and implement therapy sessions based on student IEPs
-
Collaborate with speech pathologists, teachers, and school staff to foster student growth
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or related field
-
Current Washington SLPA license or eligible to obtain
-
Previous school-based experience a plus but not mandatory
-
Excellent communication skills and team player attitude
