Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) for a full-time, onsite role in Atwater, CA. You'll deliver targeted therapy to preschool and early school-age students in 20–30-minute sessions, either in small groups of 2–4 or one-on-one for our younger learners.
Key Responsibilities

Assist in delivering speech and language therapy services under the supervision of a licensed SLP.

Work with preschoolers and young school-age children (some sessions may require one-on-one support).

Lead structured, short-duration group sessions (20–30 minutes, 2–4 students per group).

Track progress, record outcomes, and support data collection for ongoing case evaluation.

Collaborate with supervising SLPs and staff to maintain consistency and compliance.
Qualifications

Valid California SLPA license or certification.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent coursework in a related field preferred.

Previous experience with preschool-aged children or school-based settings is a plus.

Strong communication and organizational skills.
Compensation
Compensation for this position ranges from $35 to $45 per hour. We pay for direct and indirect services. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
