Pay Range: $45–$60 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)
Job Description:
Soliant is currently seeking a dedicated and qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive school district in Washington for the upcoming 2025-2026 school year. This is a full-time, onsite position working with a diverse student population. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping students succeed and thrives in a collaborative school environment.
Responsibilities:

Provide direct therapy services to students according to IEP goals

Conduct assessments, evaluations, and re-evaluations

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

Maintain thorough and timely documentation
Requirements:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
-
Active Washington SLP license (or ability to obtain)

ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, CFs encouraged to apply

School-based experience is a plus
