School-Based SLP Opportunity – Redwood City, CA

Location: Redwood City, California
Soliant is actively seeking a passionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive school team in Redwood City for the 2025–2026 academic year. This role focuses on providing speech and language therapy to K–12 students with varying levels of need. You'll collaborate closely with school staff and families to ensure student success in both academic and social settings.
What You’ll Be Doing:

Deliver in-person therapy services to students across elementary, middle, and high school

Evaluate, diagnose, and create individualized treatment plans
-
Participate in IEP meetings and team-based decision making
-
Consult with educators and families on student progress and communication strategies
-
Support general and special education classrooms through speech-language resources
Position Details:

Schedule: Monday through Friday

Caseload Size: Approximately 55–60 students

Grade Levels: K–12
-
Setting: On-site at school locations in Redwood City

Start Date: Fall 2025
Qualifications:
-
Must hold an active California SLP License
-
ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) preferred
-
School-based experience is a plus
-
Strong communication and collaboration skills
-
Ability to pass a federal background check
-
Knowledge of speech disorders, language delays, and IEP processes
-
Positive attitude and enthusiasm for student development
