Caseload: K-12, varies (multiple positions available)
About the Position:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our K-12 district team in Los Banos, California. This is a full-time, onsite position replacing a VOCO therapist, with a caseload serving students across all grade levels. Responsibilities:

Conduct speech and language assessments and screenings for K-12 students

Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
-
Provide direct, evidence-based therapy services to students with a variety of speech and language needs
-
Collaborate closely with educators, parents, and other support staff to support student progress

Maintain accurate documentation and comply with district and state regulations

Participate in IEP meetings and team discussions to advocate for student needs

Support students with a range of communication disorders, including articulation, language, fluency, and voice
Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology

Valid California SLP license and/or eligibility
-
Experience working with school-aged children preferred

Strong knowledge of IDEA and special education regulations

Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

Ability to work onsite full-time in Los Banos, CA

Compensation for this position ranges from $50 to $60 per hour. We pay for direct and indirect services. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
