Job Summary:
Connell School District is seeking a qualified, onsite Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our educational team for the 2025–2026 school year. This is a full-time role serving students across multiple grade levels, from preschool through high school. We’re looking for a committed professional ready to provide comprehensive speech and language services to a diverse student population.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct evaluations and develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

Provide direct therapy and consultation services for students with speech and language needs
-
Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to support student success

Maintain detailed records and documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines
-
Provide support across multiple school sites within the district
Qualifications:

Active Washington State SLP License (Required)
-
ASHA CCC-SLP certification preferred
-
Previous school-based experience is highly valued

Strong organizational and communication skills
-
Must be able to work onsite; remote services are not an option for this role

This position is not open to SLPAs
