Schedule/Hours:
- Monday to Thursday, 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM (four 10-hour shifts)
- No weekend or on-call requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality outpatient pediatric speech therapy services
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for pediatric patients
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate care
- Maintain accurate documentation utilizing EPIC and Cedaron EMR systems
- Adhere to clinical protocols and facility policies, including dress code guidelines
Desired Experience and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of pediatric outpatient speech therapy experience required
- Valid Virginia Speech-Language Pathology License
- Current BLS certification (AHA only)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills suitable for pediatric care
- Familiarity with EPIC and Cedaron EMRs is preferred
Additional Details:
- The dress code requires black scrubs in accordance with the facility’s policy
- This contract position guarantees 36 hours weekly
