Speech Pathologist - Palo Alto, CA
A full-time Speech Therapist opportunity is available at a premier 256-bed Skilled Nursing Facility in Palo Alto, California. This dynamic environment includes three skilled nursing units, a sub-acute care unit, and a secured memory care section, providing comprehensive services to a diverse patient population. The therapy team is robust, with over 20 therapists including speech, physical, and occupational therapists collaborating closely alongside dedicated nursing staff.
Key responsibilities include delivering expert speech therapy services, working shoulder-to-shoulder with other therapy professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans. You will have the opportunity to support patients across skilled nursing and sub-acute settings within a multidisciplinary team. Familiarity with Nethealth and PCC electronic medical records is desirable; however, mentoring and training will be provided for candidates new to these platforms or to skilled nursing environments.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Certified and licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Experience in skilled nursing or rehabilitative therapy preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
- Comfortable using or learning Nethealth and PCC EMR systems
Schedule/Hours:
- Full-time; potential for part-time options at alternate facility locations
- Collaboration across multiple therapy disciplines and units
