Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and swallowing disorders in hospital patients
  • Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to patient needs
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records
  • Educate patients and families on therapeutic strategies and progress

Desired Experience & Qualifications:

  • Valid and current SLP license
  • Proven experience in hospital-based speech therapy
  • Strong assessment and treatment planning skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
