Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and swallowing disorders in hospital patients
- Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to patient needs
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records
- Educate patients and families on therapeutic strategies and progress
Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- Valid and current SLP license
- Proven experience in hospital-based speech therapy
- Strong assessment and treatment planning skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
