- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary healthcare providers to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered treatment plans.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment areas.
- Provide reminder calls to patients to enhance appointment adherence.
- Assist patients and their families in navigating hospital services.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
