Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive speech-language pathology evaluations and therapy for pediatric outpatients
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized treatment plans
- Monitor patient progress and adjust therapy goals as needed
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
- Educate families and caregivers to support therapy goals outside of sessions
Qualifications & Desired Experience
- Valid Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license in the state of Minnesota
- Minimum of 1 year clinical experience in speech-language pathology
- Ability to work Monday through Thursday from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM and Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM
- Must reside at least 25 miles from the facility to qualify for this position
Schedule/Hours
- Monday to Thursday: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- Friday: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
This role is offered on a contract basis with guaranteed contracted hours. In the event of a call-off by the facility, payment for those hours is still ensured.
