Travel Speech Pathologist - Fort Myers, FL
A travel opportunity is available for a Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) specializing in acute care rehabilitation. This role requires 3 years of experience and expertise in adult acute care settings, including proficiency with Modified Barium Swallow Studies and Videofluoroscopic Swallow Studies (VFSS). The position offers 8-hour day shifts from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with weekend coverage required.

Qualifications:
- Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist with a Florida license
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in adult acute care/hospital settings
- Proficient in Modified Barium Swallow Studies and VFSS
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Experience with Epic electronic medical record system preferred
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech-language pathology services in an acute care rehab environment
- Conduct Modified Barium Swallow Studies and interpret results accurately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans
- Maintain documentation and compliance with facility protocols and regulatory standards
Additional Details:
- Schedule: 8-hour day shifts (8:00 AM – 5:30 PM), including some weekend days

- Radius rule enforced within 50 miles
