Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations and develop tailored treatment plans for communicatively handicapped adults.
- Involve clients and families in therapy planning and goal-setting.
- Maintain thorough documentation, including case histories, evaluation reports, and progress notes, with preferred experience in EPIC documentation systems.
- Collaborate across departments to ensure efficient scheduling and delivery of services.
- Uphold professional standards in behavior, attendance, confidentiality, and reliability.
Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology.
- Valid Texas SLP License or SLP Intern License with compliance on licensure progress.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- BLS certification (American Heart Association) required.
- Experience working in outpatient settings preferred, with certifications like VitalStim and LSVT highly advantageous.
- New graduates with entry-level experience are welcome.
Work Schedule:
- Full-time, 5 days per week, 8 hours each day.
