Speech Therapist in Greenville, NC

Position Details:
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (40 hours per week)
- Setting: Outpatient therapy, consisting of approximately 75% pediatric clients and 25% adults
- Orientation: Bi-weekly enrollment sessions available
Qualifications and Preferred Experience:
- Valid North Carolina state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA mandatory
- Preferred expertise in Fiberoptic Endoscopic Evaluation of Swallowing (FEES), Modified Barium Swallow Study (MBImP)
- Experience with EPIC electronic medical records system required
- Must live outside a 50-mile radius from the facility (no local candidates)
- Candidates must include Return to Office (RTO) availability in their application to be considered
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech therapy evaluations and interventions to pediatric and adult outpatient clients
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized treatment plans
- Utilize advanced diagnostic instruments and techniques as appropriate
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with facility protocols and regulatory standards
- Participate in bi-weekly orientation onboarding process
