Speech Therapist in Rolla, MO
This opportunity is for a Speech-Language Pathologist committed to enhancing communication and swallowing functions for patients in a healthcare setting. Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and develop individualized treatment plans to improve patient communication and swallowing.

- Lead and oversee the delivery of speech-language pathology and audiology services within the facility.
- Ensure all documentation and care practices comply with regulatory standards and facility policies.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support patients’ rehabilitation goals.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Valid and unrestricted license in Speech-Language Pathology for the state.
- Meet all educational requirements as outlined by licensure standards.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Knowledge of skilled nursing home regulations and long-term care laws, procedures, and guidelines.
- Experience working in a hospital or rehabilitation setting preferred.
