• Proficiency in documentation including daily notes, goal writing, functional assessments, and discharge summaries
• Ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams and communicate clearly
• Commitment to patient and employee safety practices including safe patient handling and infection control
• Understanding of relevant state practice acts, professional codes of conduct, and organizational compliance standards
