This opportunity is for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) specializing in therapy within a hospital setting. The role focuses on rehabilitation for critically ill patients and requires a commitment to high standards of clinical care, safety, and professional conduct.

Key qualifications and experience include:
• Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in good standing with all continuing education requirements met
• Experience in hospital-based rehabilitation or critical illness care environments
• Strong clinical reasoning skills to develop and progress treatment plans tailored to patient needs
• Proficiency in documentation including daily notes, goal writing, functional assessments, and discharge summaries
• Ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams and communicate clearly
• Commitment to patient and employee safety practices including safe patient handling and infection control
• Understanding of relevant state practice acts, professional codes of conduct, and organizational compliance standards
