Speech Therapist in Bolivar, MO

Additional duties include:
- Participating in patient care meetings, utilization reviews, and rehabilitation conferences
- Engaging in facility and company-required trainings and professional development
- Managing necessary durable medical equipment and supplies following clinical guidelines
- Supervising and supporting Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and student Speech-Language Pathologists
- Maintaining adherence to ASHA and state regulatory practice acts, ethical codes, and licensure requirements
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Active ASHA certification and state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Experience in hospital or rehabilitation settings, particularly with communication and swallowing disorders
- Proficiency in standardized assessment tools and evidence-based therapy approaches
