Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of patients’ speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing abilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and clinical best practices
  • Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate patient care
  • Document patient progress thoroughly and maintain accurate clinical records
  • Educate patients and their families about therapeutic techniques and communication strategies

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Valid and current Speech-Language Pathologist license for the state of California
  • Proven experience in hospital-based therapy environments
