Key Responsibilities:

- Manage caseload flexibly by providing individual, concurrent, and group therapy sessions tailored to patient needs.
- Complete clear, concise, and timely documentation, including daily notes, goal writing, quality indicators, and letters of medical necessity, ensuring compliance with hospital policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Promote patient and employee safety through adherence to established protocols and proactive risk identification.
- Participate in professional development by creating and following an individualized growth plan, engaging in continuing education and professional organizations.
- Provide supervision and support for students within the therapy program, fostering a positive learning environment.

Qualifications:
- Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the state.
