Speech & Language Pathology - Los Osos, California

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive speech-language pathology evaluations and therapy to patients in a hospital environment.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to patient needs.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Support patient and family education related to communication and swallowing disorders.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Certified Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP) with active licensure.
- Experience in hospital-based therapy services preferred.
- Strong skills in assessment, diagnosis, and innovative treatment of speech and language disorders.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to varying patient needs.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Job Details:
- Contract position starting immediately through March, with the possibility of extension.
- Full-time Substitute role with a 1.0 FTE commitment.
- Primarily in-person; exceptional virtual candidates with solid experience and current credentials will be considered.
