Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations to assess patient needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
  • Document progress and modify therapy approaches as required.
  • Provide patient and family education regarding communication and swallowing disorders.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Speech-Language Pathology license with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC).
  • Proven experience in a hospital therapy environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage patient caseload efficiently.
