Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for diverse patient populations
- Develop and implement personalized therapy plans addressing communication and swallowing disorders
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and effective patient care
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with healthcare regulations
- Educate patients and families on therapeutic techniques and strategies
Qualifications & Experience:
- Current New Mexico SLP license required
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience in speech-language pathology
- Experience working in both outpatient and inpatient settings preferred (approximately 70% outpatient, 30% inpatient)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with patients and healthcare teams
Schedule:
- Monday through Friday
- Day shifts, 8 hours per day (08:00 AM - 05:00 PM)
