Speech Therapist in Florence, MA

Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with current certification
- Experience in hospital or home health therapy settings preferred
- Strong ability to develop and implement individualized therapy plans
- Collaborative mindset with effective communication skills to partner with medical teams
- Availability to provide coverage as required within the contract term
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality speech therapy services directly to patients in their homes
- Evaluate and treat clients presenting with speech, language, and swallowing disorders
- Coordinate with healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive care plans
- Document therapy progress and maintain accurate patient records in compliance with regulations
- Participate in non-billable orientation of approximately 8 hours prior to assignment start
