Job Description:
We are searching for a motivated and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide teletherapy services to students in Illinois' school system. As a remote SLP, you will collaborate with VocoVision to deliver top-tier speech-language therapy services while enjoying the convenience of working from your home office.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify speech and language disorders.
- Develop and execute personalized treatment plans to address students' communication needs.
- Provide remote speech therapy services to students in a school setting.
- Collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' goals.
- Monitor and document student progress, making necessary adjustments to therapy plans.
- Actively participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of therapy sessions and student progress.
- Stay informed about the latest developments in speech-language pathology.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Illinois state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) is preferred but not required.
- Previous experience in a school-based setting is advantageous.
- Strong communication and technology skills (teletherapy platform training provided).
