Speech Therapist
San Dimas, CA
We are currently seeking a qualified and dedicated School Contract Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in Pearblossom, CA. Interviews are being conducted now for the current school year, with the opportunity for full-time employment. This position will renew for the upcoming 2024-2025 school year, with renewals based on performance. Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify speech and language disorders in students.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students' communication needs and goals.
- Provide direct therapy services to students both individually and in group settings.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' academic and social success.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and participate in IEP meetings as needed.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Current California state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Minimum of one year of recent experience in the field.
- Strong knowledge of assessment tools and therapy techniques for speech and language disorders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
