Soliant Education is seeking a dedicated and qualified Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our team in Massachusetts. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of students and collaborate with a supportive team of professionals. The position is full-time, covering the remainder of the school year, and the successful candidate will be hired as a contractor through Soliant Education.
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy services to students under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Collaborate with educational professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Conduct assessments and contribute to the development of IEPs (Individualized Education Programs).
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of student progress and therapy sessions.
- Communicate effectively with parents, teachers, and other team members.
Qualifications:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) license in the state of Massachusetts.
- Bachelor's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Contract Details:
- Position: Full-Time SLPA
- Employment Type: Contractor through Soliant Education
- Duration: Remainder of the school year
