School Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)

Description:
ProCare Therapy is currently seeking a dedicated and qualified School Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) for a full-time position in Bay City, TX. This position is for the 2024-2025 school year, offering a supportive team environment and competitive compensation package.
Responsibilities:
- Assist speech-language pathologists in providing therapy services to students
- Conduct speech and language activities as directed by the supervising SLP
- Implement individualized treatment plans (IEPs) under the SLP's guidance
- Collaborate with educators and families to support student communication goals
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or related field
- Texas state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLPA
- Previous experience in a school setting preferred
Schedule:
- Full-Time position for the 2024-2025 school year
Compensation:
- Competitive hourly pay (details available upon application)
