ProCare Therapy, a leading provider of educational staffing solutions, is seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team for the upcoming school year in Gilbert, AZ. Position Overview: As a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with ProCare Therapy, you will play a crucial role in providing diagnostic and therapeutic services to students with communication disorders. You will assess students' speech and language skills, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with school teams to support students' academic and social success. Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate students' speech and language skills.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students' communication disorders and support their educational goals.
- Provide direct therapy services to students individually and in small groups, targeting areas such as articulation, language, fluency, and social communication.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' academic and social-emotional success.
- Monitor student progress, collect data, and adjust therapy goals and strategies as needed.
- Maintain accurate documentation of assessment results, therapy sessions, and progress reports.
- Stay up-to-date on best practices, research, and evidence-based interventions in the field of speech-language pathology.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) or eligibility for certification.
- Arizona state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Previous experience working with school-aged children preferred.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
