Job Description: We are seeking dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to join our team and provide virtual therapy services to students in Kentucky. As a Virtual SLP with VocoVision, you will have the opportunity to work remotely, providing assessments, consultations, and therapy sessions to students from the comfort of your own home. You will collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized therapy plans that address the unique needs of each student.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct virtual assessments to evaluate students' speech and language abilities
- Develop individualized therapy plans based on assessment results and student needs
- Provide virtual therapy sessions to students using evidence-based practices
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to monitor student progress and adjust therapy goals as needed
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of therapy sessions and student progress
- Stay current on best practices and developments in the field of speech-language pathology
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid Kentucky state license or ability to obtain licensure
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Prior experience working with children or adolescents preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable using technology and conducting virtual therapy sessions
