Speech Language Pathologist (SLPA) Position Available in Richmond, CA
Richmond, CA
ProCare Therapy is currently seeking a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) for a full-time contract position in Richmond, CA. This position may also be located in Vallejo, depending on the availability of on-site supervision and the SLP assigned to the case. The primary responsibility of the SLPA will be to support our virtual Speech-Language Pathologists.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support to virtual Speech-Language Pathologists
- Assist in the implementation of therapy plans and activities
- Collaborate with the SLP and other team members to ensure effective service delivery
- Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and interventions
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
- California SLPA license or eligibility for licensure
- Previous experience working as an SLPA preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Availability for full-time hours
This is a full-time position with the possibility of extending into the next school year. Immediate availability is preferred, but we are willing to accommodate the right candidate's start date.
