Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Supervisor to join our team in Lincoln, Rhode Island. As the SLP Supervisor, you will play a critical role in overseeing our team of SLPs and ensuring the highest quality of care for our clients. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide supervision, guidance, and mentorship to a team of Speech-Language Pathologists.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Collaborate with therapists to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and ethical standards.
- Participate in continuing education and professional development activities.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Rhode Island.
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience as an SLP.
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Dedication to providing high-quality patient care.
- Knowledge of current best practices in speech-language therapy.
