Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Spartanburg, SC. This position offers the opportunity to work with either an Elementary or Middle School caseload. The ideal candidate will have either a Clinical Fellowship (CF) or hold a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC).
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders.
- Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to meet the needs of each student.
- Implement therapy interventions to improve speech and language skills.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' academic success.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of therapy sessions and progress reports.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute valuable insights to the team.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in South Carolina.
- ASHA Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, but Clinical Fellows (CF) are encouraged to apply.
- Experience working with school-aged children preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team.
