Job Title: Speech-Language Pathologist
Job Type: Full time - 35 hours per week
Caseload: K-5th - around 45 students
Job Length: 8/21/24 - 6/6/25
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in diagnosing and treating communication disorders, as well as providing support to individuals with speech, language, and swallowing difficulties.

Responsibilities:
- Conducting evaluations to diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in individuals of all ages.
- Using standardized tests, informal assessments, and clinical observations to gather data.
- Designing individualized therapy plans tailored to each client's needs based on assessment results.
- Delivering therapy sessions to clients individually or in groups.
- Educating clients and their families about communication disorders, therapy strategies, and home exercises.
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech Pathology or related field required.
- SLP licensure in Illinois required.
- Professional Educators License (PEL) required.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) required.
- Able to pass a background check and drug test required.
