Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Needed Near Mountain Home, ID - 24/25 School Year

We are partnering with a school in the Mountain Home, Idaho area to find a full-time, contracted, on-site Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for the full 2024/2025 school year. We are looking for a kind and caring applicant wanting to join our Special Education team! As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will play a crucial role in evaluating, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, social communication, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders in our students.
About the Requirements:
- Must have an active SLP Idaho License
- Must have Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- SLP-CCCs preferred, but SLP-CFY candidates will also be considered
- Must have a Pupil Personnel Services Certificate with Speech-Language Pathologist Endorsement
About the Position:
- Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
- 08/12/2024 - 05/21/2025
- Caseload: K - 12th grade students, specific caseload details will be discussed during the interview process
- Pay Range: $30 - $55 per hour, depending on previous experience
About the Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech, language, and communication disorders among students.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results, setting appropriate goals and objectives for each student.
- Deliver evidence-based speech and language therapy services to students with a variety of communication disorders.
